This is just a quick post to pass along some info on resources you might find interesting.

As you might know, I'm a huge fan of books and reading. This morning I came across a blog post written by Stephen Mills over at The Rat Race Trap blog. Midlife: A New Kind of Adventure

Up until recently midlife was considered a time of decline, especially for women. With physical beauty fading fast and the ability to bear children coming to a halt, women had to resign themselves to a life lived “in the background” of society.

But not today, baby!

These days, midlife can be a time when women are rediscovering themselves and coming into their own. It’s a time when they can take on new challenges and forge an exciting new adventure in the send half of their lives. This is true for men as well.
